These guidelines are based on those produced by theÌý, part of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), accepted worldwide as the standard. The aim is to be fully compliant with Priority Levels One, Two and, where appropriate, Level Three of theÌý. Additionally, all documents in Adobe PDF format are, wherever possible, in an accessible format provided that the user has installed Adobe Acrobat Reader version 5.00 or above and a PDF compatible screen reader.
