Adrianne brings to AGSM over 25 years of experience in the education sector, focusing on career development and workshop facilitation in the tertiary sector. She delivers sessions for elective and Executive Year courses, along with conducting workshops and career coaching sessions to support you through your MBA program.

Adrianne holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Master of Applied Science, a Graduate Certificate in Education and a Graduate Certificate in Arts and Social Sciences Research. She is an accredited Strengths Profile coach with certifications in Adult Education and Training and is a Â鶹Éçmadou FULT Graduate.

Aishwarya, or Ash, completed her MBA from AGSM in 2019 and is an ex-McKinsey management consultant with over 12 years of experience in career and leadership coaching, business strategy and corporate communications. She has worked closely with senior executives at McKinsey, Shell, Procter & Gamble, CBA, Telstra, and Â鶹Éçmadou.

As an experienced executive coach, Lisl specialises in helping you navigate career transitions and improving your interpersonal communications. Her mission is to empower and inspire you to embrace your true self, aim high and pursue fulfilling career paths that realise your potential. She focuses on coaching you to build and amplify an authentic personal brand that stands out.

Lisl’s holistic, tailored approach helps you design your career, explore possibilities, and define what’s next. In addition to coaching, she advises executives and organizations, from start-ups to corporations on strategic communications to build their brands and reputation.

Kelly-Ann combines over a decade in finance at global banks like Credit Suisse, Barclays, and Lehman Brothers, a secondary career in the arts, and 15 years in coaching to offer a unique career development perspective. With C-suite and executive search experience, she understands what hiring managers seek and uses this insight to craft targeted job search strategies that align with your aspirations.

Kelly-Ann excels in guiding professionals through challenging career decisions, standing out in competitive markets and managing redundancy. Petra brings to AGSM over 18 years of global experience in career development, education, journalism, not-for-profits and allied health. Since joining AGSM in 2014 she has worked with students in facilitating career coaching sessions, workshops, mock interviews, in-depth resume reviews and Strength Profile debriefs. Results-focused, she is dedicated to helping students navigate their career paths and achieve their goals.

As a former management consultant at Booz & Company (now Strategy&) and senior HR leader at Telstra, Woolworths, Oroton, Bailey Nelson and American Express, Prue has a rich professional background. She is passionate about helping AGSM students understand themselves and make career decisions based on self-insight. 

Known for her ability to ask insightful questions and listen attentively, Prue connects the dots to guide you through career exploration and advancement. 

Prue completed her MBA at Harvard Business School. In addition to her work at AGSM, she works with private clients as an executive coach and career coach. 

Paul brings extensive experience in higher education to AGSM, excelling in educational design, curriculum development and leveraging technology, with a current focus on career education and development. He is dedicated to creating positive impacts through experiential and transformative learning experiences. 

As an accredited Strengths Profile coach, Paul has designed and delivered strengths workshops at Â鶹Éçmadou Business School and AGSM, and conducted numerous individual strengths debriefs. He continues to develop his coaching and mentoring skills and is dedicated to helping you gain competence, confidence and agency in your career. 

Tamara leverages her 25 years of strategic consulting experience from BCG and CommBank, along with management roles in CEO, sales, and operations across various industries, including education, banking, consumer goods, and not-for-profit organisations, to support you at AGSM.

She specialises in helping you discover and articulate your career and leadership aspirations, design your career path, prepare job applications, and excel in interviews for leadership and management consulting roles.

Outside of AGSM, she is an Executive Coach and Strategic Consultant.

As an AGSM alumni, Saïd has held roles as a Consul-General, trade diplomat and a Fortune 500 executive. His global experience across six continents and fluency in four languages give him deep insights into human connectivity.

At AGSM, Saïd coaches students navigating dynamic, global environments. He focuses on complex career transitions, especially into and within the C-suite. Saïd’s passion for business networking and human connections will ensure you build a strong professional network and meaningful relationships.
