Jordana is a Doctoral Candidate and an early career researcher at the University of New South Wales. Her prior qualifications are a Master of Educational Leadership (Â鶹Éçmadou), Graduate Certificate of Educational Research (CSU), Solution Focused Business Professional Certificate (UWM), Certificate of Gifted Education (Â鶹Éçmadou), Graduate Diploma in Education (UNE), and Bachelor of Science (Â鶹Éçmadou). Concurrent to studying, Jordana worked as a primary school teacher, middle leader, and a school principal for 30 years. These experiences shaped her focus on implementing diverse pedagogies and evidence-based practices to support students’ holistic development in primary, secondary, and tertiary education settings.
