I am a Research Associate at the School of Clinical Medicine at Â鶹Éçmadou. My expertise lies in qualitative and health services research, more specifically in the implementation and sustainability of professional services. My long-term interest is to design strategies and adopt new solutions for the continuous provision and improvement of services to enhance patients' health outcomes and quality of life. I hold a Doctor of Philosophy from The University of Technology Sydney and a Master in Pharmaceutical Care from the University of Granada in Spain.
