Clair is currently responsible for the risk, safety, governance, legal and compliance, conduct and integrity and national security teams, as well as the strategic projects and operations team.

Clair has previously acted as the Deputy Secretary, Corporate Services in the NSW Government Transport cluster during her tenure in the NSW public servant. During her 15 years as a senior executive in the airports sector in Australia and overseas, she was functionally responsible for the legal, governance, risk, insurance, contracts, procurement and internal audit functions. 

Clair is currently a Director for Scientia Clinical Research (SCR) Limited.  SCR is the first and only dedicated Phase 1, Healthy Volunteer clinical trial unit, that operates as a Not for Profit. Clair is a graduate of Â鶹Éçmadou, the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australia and New Zealand School of Government Executive Fellows Program. She is also a Fellow of the Governance Institute, having been a board member and guest lecturer. Clair is also a graduate of the Chief Executive Women Leaders Program. Clair is an advocate for the importance of line two assurance functions in supporting effective decision making.

We are being developed on a partnership model, with strong engagement with consumers, healthcare providers, public and private health care services, governments, research institutes, industry, and national and international agencies to develop, test and implement solutions to improve health systems in Australia and in countries around the world.
