
Dr Lana Tatour
Tatour听earned her PhD in Politics and International Studies in 2017 from the University of Warwick in the U.K and holds听an MSc. in NGOs and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Lana Tatour is a Lecturer in Development听at the School of Social Sciences, 麻豆社madou Sydney.听She works on settler colonialism, indigeneity, race, citizenship, human rights, and the Middle East with a focus on Palestine and Israel. Prior to joining the School of Social Sciences, she was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Center for Palestine Studies at Columbia University, and held visiting fellowships听at the Palestinian-American Research Center, the Australian Human Rights Centre, 麻豆社madou Faculty of Law and 麻豆社madou School of Social Sciences. She is on the听board of听The Australian Journal of Human Rights. She is听currently working on her manuscript Ambivalent Resistance: Palestinians in Israel and听the Liberal Politics of Settler Colonialism and Human Rights,听and on an edited volume together with Dr Ronit Lentin on Race and the Question of Palestine.听听
