Dr Tracy Wilcox is a recognised higher education leader with a track record of innovation in curriculum, program design, assessment and student experience.Ìý
Tracy's research and practice interest is in socially responsible management practice. Understanding and enabling this involves bringing together ethics, organization theory and human resource management to better understand how managers create opportunities for ethical agency in often difficult contexts. Tracy has published in a range of international journals the area of human resource management ethics, moral agency, virtue ethics, and sustainability education.
Tracy was formerly Section Editor for HRM & HRD Ethics withÌýthe Journal of Business Ethics, and currently holds the role of Developmental Editor with this journal.
Tracy is a multi-award winning online and face-to-face educator, and has been invited to present at a variety of industry and professional forums.

My Teaching
Tracy's goal as an educator is to develop business leaders who are capable, responsible and ethical, and to impact business education more broadly. In all her teaching assignments – whether in the classroom or in an active leadership role – she aims to bring scholarship, relevance and inclusiveness to my teaching, and enable a transformative experience for our students.
She is a pioneer in educating for ethical and sustainable business practice, and is known across the faculty and outside the university, for my passion and leadership in business ethics and sustainability education.
