The Future of Work Project equips you with the skills needed to thrive in rapidly evolving work environments driven by technological advancements, demographic shifts, changing work models, sustainability and climate change.
In small teams, you’ll tackle real business problems for an organisation, requiring innovative solutions and adaptable strategies. Supported by your lecturer and industry mentor, your team will study the problem, create solutions, and present strategic recommendations virtually to company representatives.
Host organisations are located worldwide, reflecting the global nature of today’s business environment.
Projects in this course will cover topics such as:
Impacts of AI and automation in the workplace.
Researching market entry strategies.
Designing frameworks of data reporting and sales strategies.
Analysing skills shortages in specific industries.
Implementing sustainable business practices.
Delivered through a hybrid approach, you’ll participate in workshops and meet regularly with your mentor to enhance your communication skills and to obtain feedback to guide your progress. In the Future of Work Project, I collaborated with Âé¶¹Éçmadou peers from various disciplines, leveraging our skills to develop a LinkedIn Learning course and a mobile app prototype. This hands-on experience, with real-world impact, prepared me for future professional collaborations and challenges. Receiving genuine client feedback also helped me better understand industry expectations and how to deliver effective solutions.
