In the Career Mentoring Program, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Communicate effectively and professionally in business settings.
  • Build a network of peers and professionals to support your career growth.
  • Leverage your strengths and experiences to stand out in job applications.
  • Tailor and refine your personal brand to align with your career goals.
  • Refine your interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.

Program essentials

  • Career Mentoring Program runs annually, starting in Term 2.

  • Applications for the 2025 program open in March 2025.ÌýStay tuned to this page for more information.

    Want to know when applications open?ÌýPlease register your interest and we’ll notify you when applications open.

  • You should allow for about 20 hours all up. That’s enough time to complete the compulsory program components:

    • Training

    • Program Welcome and Close event

    • Minimum 4 hours of mentoring meetings

    • Mid-program session

    • Career Development Activities

    • Reflection statement

  • Undergraduate

    To be eligible you must:

    • Be an undergraduate student.
    • Be enrolled at Â鶹Éçmadou Business School.
    • Have completed 48 units of credit by the commencement of Term 2 of the program year.
    • Maintain a WAM of 50 or above.
    • Have completed Ìý(Student-enrolment key: Career_Accelerator)
    • Have not previously participated in the Career Mentoring Program.

    Postgraduate

    To be eligible you must:

    • Be a postgraduate student.
    • Be enrolled at Â鶹Éçmadou Business School.
    • Have no previous professional industry experience in Australia.
    • Maintain a WAM of 50 or above.
    • Have completed Ìý(Student-enrolment key: Career_Accelerator)
    • Have not previously participated in the Career Mentoring Program.
