Dr Yong Wang is Senior Lecturer with the School of Chemical Engineering, Â鶹Éçmadou Sydney. His research area includes food processing technology (drying, emulsion, encapsulation), food properties (rheological/thermal/mechanical properties), product developments (dairy, sauce, cereals, etc.), and human mimicking digestion system.
Dr. Rishi Ravindra Naik is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of New South Wales (Â鶹Éçmadou). His research interests encompass new product development, simulated digestion studies, process optimizations, and AI integrations into processing techniques.
