As a graduate of Â鶹Éçmadou, you may apply for a replacement testamur if your original document has been lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged, or if your name has changed.
If you are unable to return your original testamur, you must:
- Complete a saying so
- Have it certified by a
- Lodge your certified Statutory Declaration with your application for a replacement testamur.

An Award and Enrolment Statement (completion letter) can only be issued once your graduation status is Awarded. Please check your graduation details before you submit a request for an Award and Enrolment Statement.
