Access your official documents through My eQuals
My eQuals is a secure platform used by universities in Australia and New Zealand for graduates to securely access and share official documents, including your testamur (degree certificate), official academic transcript, and Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS).
Access to My eQuals will be available 5 working days after your program completion date. Your login details will be emailed to you during this time. Once your access is set up, you will have control over who can view your records and how long third parties can access them.Â
Accessing your documents on My eQuals
Documents on My eQuals are securely issued by Â鶹Éçmadou and cannot be modified in My eQuals. Therefore, if you give a third party (a potential employer for example), access to your online academic record, the third party will be able to rely on the authenticity of your documents and not have to undertake a manual back to source check to verify your documentation.

If you completed your studies in or after Semester 1, 2018, electronically verified copies of your testamur (degree certificate), official academic transcript, and AHEGS will be available through My eQuals within one week from the Monday following conferral.

- You can apply for a digital copy of your official academic transcript (fees apply) via the Transcripts Office.
- If you completed your studies between Semester 1, 2010, and Semester 1, 2018, you can also apply for a digital copy of your AHEGS (fees apply).
- Digital copies of testamurs are currently unavailable for studies completed before Semester 1, 2018.

Your documents will remain available indefinitely on your My eQuals account.

Yes, you will receive a folder containing your testamur (degree certificate) at your graduation ceremony.
