Cyber Security Enterprise Identity

Our Enterprise Identity team offers a suite of business processes and technologies designed to manage the provision, maintenance, and utilisation of identities, credentials, and entitlements, all in alignment with Cyber Security Policies and Standards.Ìý

Enterprise Identity services include system administration, certificate and secrets renewals for applications as well as these:
zID
Identity Manager

Your zID account is used to access a variety of online services and applications. Learn how to manage your zID password.

MFA
Multi-Factor Authentication

MFA is required for all Â鶹Éçmadou current students and staff with a current zID. Learn how to set it up and use MFA.
SSO
Single Sign On

SSO simplifies your access by enabling you to use your zID and password to securely log in to various University services and applications.
UAR
User Access Review

An annual UAR is conducted to ensure that the appropriate individuals have the correct access to systems and data. Discover the mandatory process, roles, and responsibilities involved.
zID_SA
Password Manager for SA accounts

Use the SA Password Manager portal to effortlessly change your zID_sa password for the production environment.
PAM
Privileged Access Management

The PAM service provides protection, control, and management of privileged accounts and credentials within Â鶹Éçmadou.

Reporting cyber incidents

It is important to report any cyber security incidents as quickly as possible so that the Â鶹Éçmadou IT Cyber Security team can address any issues and mitigate risk exposure.

Incidents that staff and students should report:

  • Suspecting your computer or account has been compromised.
  • Having evidence on how technology or University data may be vulnerable.
  • Noticing a colleague inappropriately sharing Highly Sensitive or Sensitive data.
  • Losing a University asset containing sensitive information.
